Pour cream mixture over the chocolate. Let the cream sit on the chocolate for about 3 minutes. Mix the mixture with a rubber spatula until well combined. Serve immediately with fresh fruits, pretzels, or cake.
If the chocolate fondue becomes too thick, heat in the microwave in 30-second increments until you reach the desired consistency.
